I hadn't caught up with E for ages - we rescheduled and cancelled so many times! But we finally settled to having dinner Monday night at Terra Rossa since she said she felt like pizza and I had an Entertainment voucher for this restaurant. I read a few blogs which said this place wasn't very good but I thought it'd be worth a try since it'd be 50% for us =)

We got there at about 6.30pm and it was quite full already - I was quite surprised! The waiter told us to sit at this long share table which was empty at this time (and stayed empty for our whole meal which was nice!)

On the table between the 2 sides there were all these white rocks which previous customers had written messages or their names on - I wonder if you need to pay to write on one of those rocks =P There was also a $10 note and a few coins at the edge of the table, we thought the previous customers must have left money on the table but I touched it and realised the money was underneath the glass on the table!

The decor is really nice and ambient =) There's a fire extinguisher with many pipes coming out of it (pictured above) right next to the door - so very strange I wonder if it actually works or decorative purposes only.

We ordered 2 pizzas to share - after going to USA together we've both always had pizza cravings since =) I didn't take a photo of the menu 'cause I knew there was a menu online but I just checked it online is different to what we had at the restaurant =S so I dont have the actual names of the pizzas - apologies!

Field mushrooms pizza

This mushroom pizza was heavenly! Partly 'cause E and I both love mushrooms but P doesn't so I can never order a mushroom dish when I'm with him. The pizza was covered with mozzarella and the crust was crunchy but not burnt or too salt (compared with +39 Pizzeria). <3<3<3

Pancetta pizza

This one wasn't as heavenly but still very delicious - pancetta pizza covered in rocket leaves and shaved parmesan. The rocket leaves and parmesan kept falling off when I took a piece up so I ended up using knife and fork to eat it =P But there wasn't much cheese on this one - what's a pizza without cheese?! (unlike the mushroom one)

So I would have to say the pizza here, which supposedly is not a very good restaurant, was a lot better than a restaurant that was given ☆☆☆ by the Cheap Eats Guide!

Definitely will come back here with P with the new Entertainment book =)
